What is it?
This is the points and rewards mechanism designed by Desk Cosmos for users.
You can earn Stardust Points through actions such as purchasing, recommending, and visiting, and use Stardust Points to redeem coupons or exclusive gifts! Unlocking higher levels will also grant you large-value coupons and free shipping vouchers!
How do I earn Stardust Points?
- Register as a Stardust member to earn 10 Points.
- Earn 1 Point for every $1 spent (purchasing e-gift cards does not earn points).
- Follow us on social media platforms like INS/TK to earn 10 Points.
- Leave a product review to earn 5 to 10 Points. (Each comment earns 5 points, comments with pictures earn 10 points, up to 10 times a month)
- Visit the website to earn 1 Point. (Only once a day)
- Birthday reward of 100 Points.
How do I check my Stardust Points and level?
Click on Rewards in the menu bar to enter the Rewards page, or click on the Rewards icon on the screen to open the Rewards window, where your current points and level will be displayed.
How can I use my Stardust Points?
Click on the Rewards page in the menu bar, or click on the Rewards icon on the screen, and select the coupons or items you can redeem with your current points under "Ways to redeem."
How do I track my Stardust Points record?
Click on the Rewards icon on the screen to open the Rewards window, then click on the number below your Stardust Points to view all point activities.
How can I earn points after purchasing an e-gift card?
You will not earn points when purchasing an e-gift card, but when you use your e-gift card to offset the payment during your next purchase, you can earn points for the product as usual.
For example, if you purchase 50 worth of goods and use a previously purchased 30 e-gift card to offset the payment, paying $20 in reality, you will earn 50 points.
How can I unlock higher Stardust levels?
Earn 500 Stardust Points to upgrade from Nova Voyager to Stellar Trailblazer, and earn 1000 Stardust Points to upgrade to Galactic Guardian.
Each level unlocks different rewards.
Do my Stardust Points have an expiration date?
Your Stardust Points will expire 2 years (730 days) from the date they were earned.
Can I use Stardust Points redeemed coupons with other store coupons?
Store coupons and Stardust redeemed coupons cannot be used in the same order. They can be used in separate orders.
How do I recommend friends to earn rewards?
Go to the Referrals section and share your referral link through referral channels, or simply copy and send it directly to your friends.
When your friend clicks on your referral link, claims the reward, and makes their first purchase, you will receive a reward.
What are the rules for earning the 100-point birthday month reward?
Receive 100 Stardust Points in your birthday month. You must enter your birthday in Rewards at least 30 days in advance to be eligible for the reward.
What activities are there on Cosmic Double Gravity Day?
Cosmic Double Gravity Day is on the 28th of each month. On this day, purchasing products will earn you double points!
Will refunds affect my points?
If an order is refunded, the points corresponding to the refunded amount will be automatically deducted.
For example, if a customer refunds $20 from their $100 order, the system will deduct 20 points from their account.
